*The “Daily” rate is based on a stay beyond a Monthly Check-Out.
(Example: June and July plus 2 weeks = 2 Months plus 14 days)

- Please select, review, fill out and submit the online interactive Short-Term Rental Agreement form.
- Download/Save completed Short Term Lease Agreement to your desktop.
- Email Completed Agreement to: [email protected].
- Then select Monthly, and/or Daily rate based on your length of stay. You will be able to enter the number of months, and/or days needed for your length of stay in “Cart Check Out”.
- If you need to make monthly payments during your stay, please state that in your email when you contact us.
- Please select “Daily” rate ONLY if your stay is for extra days beyond Monthly. (For Example: June and July = 2 Months, However, June plus 10 days in July = 1 Month + 10 days.)
