"If you have the opportunity to stay at Roland & Danny's house, book it now! My 5 friends and I do an annual trip to Phoenix for Spring Training and found this amazing house and booked it. And boy, are we glad we did so! Roland & Danny were very accommodating and friendly even before we checked in. They were waiting for us at the house once we landed and it was great to meet them and have a personalized tour of the house. They definitely made the beginning part of the trip special. Now, let's get to the house. It was stocked with every and all amenities! The living room was extremely comfortable and homey; the kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs; the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable; and the outside patio was perfect for meat, cheese and some wine 🙂 Very close to downtown Phoenix with a ton of restaurants and bars (like 4 blocks) and all stadiums are within 15-30 minutes (if you want to see baseball!). We would be extremely happy to stay here next year and to see our new friends Roland & Danny again. Thanks again for making our gal gang reunion the best yet and for hosting our 3rd annual trip! "

"This was our second stay at Roland and Danny vacation rental. We knew what we were getting and they did not disappoint. Beautiful immaculately clean setting that was within easy walking distance to our conference at the convention center. We screwed up on the original booking, but our hosts were very thoughtful and helped us out - thanks again for that. Quick accurate responses all the time. Just a wonderful stay."

"Roland and Danny are fantastic hosts. Our group was in Phoenix for a conference, and this house is only a 15 minute walk from the convention center. Even better, the lightrail system is easily accessible. This house has up-to-date amenities, TVs (with Netflix and other streaming services), and spacious backyard with a really nice gazebo, and a very nice kitchen. I could not recommend this property any more!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Roland and Danny were great hosts. The house is centrally located and convenient to freeways and downtown. We were in town for Spring Training. The house would work just as well for conventions or Diamondbacks/Suns games. We enjoyed having lunch and dinner at couple of new, trendy restaurants that just opened up a couple blocks away. Highly recommend this house."
